Specifically related to the COVID-19 situation, we are back on track with training, providing opportunities for all age groups to get back playing the sport, whilst generating the atmosphere that many have missed during this period. It’s fantastic to be back amongst friends, playing the sport we all love.
We are also rightly recognised for our fantastic leadership team, a high number of which are ladies. The club is nothing without our management team, and to be leading the way among sports teams in Norway, with our emphasis on diversity and equality, is hugely satisfying.
Here’s hoping it won’t be long before we have the demand for a women’s team and we can welcome even more people to the Vikings family!
